<p>The discharging device (16) includes a scraper shaft (17) which can be inclined and is driven in rotation along a first axis of vertical rotation and permits the discharging of a bulk (loose) product of the loose-sugar, cement clinker, flue-dust (fly-ash, airborne-dust), etc. type, stored on a storage area having at least one evacuation opening (7).
