A dynamic compensating stabilizer for use in treating bone fractures is disclosed. A hydraulic (5) and a pneumatic (4) system is employed for adjusting the length of the stabilizer, allowing for controllable dynamic loading of osteosynthesis and for rehabilitation. A split coupling block (17) changes the inclination of intraosteal screws. A manipulator (30, 31, 32) able to perform functions in all planes is also disclosed. |
