PURPOSE:To obtain heat-sensitive recording material excellent in colorability and dot reproducibility. CONSTITUTION:The heat-sensitive recording material concerned is prepared by laminating intermediate layer and heat-sensitive color-developing layer containing leuco dye and developer onto base in the order named. The intermediate layer is made of thermoplastic resin containing organic pigment, the average particle diameter of which is 3-10mum and the voids of which aare 50% or more, more favorably which contains minute hollow particles having the voids of 90% or more and average particle diameter of 2mum or less. |
