PURPOSE:To achieve the alleviation of working labor by automation in the edge-part removing work of a bag-shaped item formed on the surface of a die by a submerging method, the improvement of working efficiency, the countermeasures for the automation request of the manufacturing method of this kind of the bag-shaped item the improvement of the releasing property when the edge part is removed and the reduction of the attching amount of raw material. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped molding die 1, wherein a pointed protruding stripe part of tip is provided around the opening root part of the main body of the die, is submerged into polyvinyl chloride resin solution. Only the tip of the protruding stripe part is locally made to be the thin film state. Thus, the entire die is formed as a film. Then, the die is moved to an edge-part removing mechanism 11 constituted of a die rotating, and moving mechanism 12 and an edge-part removing belt 21. The above described molding die 1 is rotated with the axial core as the center. The edge part B, which is formed between the protruding stripe part and the base edge of is brought into contact with a surface 22 of the removing belt 21, whose rotating speed is adjusted to the rotation lower than the rotating speed of the die 1, and the molding die 1 is turned. The edge part B is peeled away by the friction generated by the speed difference, and the side-edge part is processed. |
