PURPOSE:To measure power supply voltage with a simple constitution by measur ing voltage by a voltage measuring means except when a digital value outputted by a control means is one other than the maximum value. CONSTITUTION:While power supply voltage applied to a rice boiler is below a certain value, a control means 14 outputs a maximum digital signal to a power controlling means 12 and controls an ON time of a switching element 8 to be under a fixed condition at the maximum, i.e., controls with a TON limiter means 16. Also, when the power supply voltage exceeds the certain value, the control means 14 outputs a digital signal 14 to a D/A converting means 15 so that the output level of a level converting means 17 is fixed, i.e., voltage between a corrector and emitter of a switching element 8 is fixed in a D/A converting means 15. Namely, Vcl limiter control is carried out. The digital value outputted by the control means 14 then is in the correlation with the power supply voltage which is measured with a voltage measuring means 18 by converting the digital value. |
