<p>PURPOSE:To relax speed change shock at the time of rapid start by controlling the opening of an exclusively used throttle valve so as to obtain a torque which meets a speed change output torque at the time of finishing a preliminarily set speed change in the case of rapid start operation just after select operation from the stop range to the running range of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION:Speed change device output shaft torque Tmax at the time of finishing the speed change is preliminarily set based on valve opening TVO1 of a first throttle valve 6 and speed ratio (e) of a torque converter when an engine output control condition is satisfied just after select operation from the stop range to the running range of an automatic transmission 2 is detected by a shift positioning sensor 3. Inertia torque Tins is calculated based on a variation rate of engine rotational speed Ne etc., detected at constant sampling cycle, and engine torque Te at the time of finishing the speed change is calculated from the speed change device output shaft torque Tmax and inertia torque Tins, and torque ratio (t) of the torque converter at the time of finishing speed change, and then engine output is controlled by setting the valve opening TVO2 of a second throttle valve 7 based on the engine torque Te and the engine rotational speed Ne.</p> |
