<p>PURPOSE:To mold a block of complicated solid shape by forming protruding sections on the inner face of molds of a bottom section and side sections and a top mold slidable to the side mold, also forming a tapered sleeve section extending from one side to the other side of the protruding sections of a stop section and the bottom section and fitting and sliding extended sections of the protruding sections of the other side. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical section 11b extending almost to the upper end of a side mold 12 is formed on the center of a protruding section 11a formed on the central section of a bottom mold 11. Protruding sections 12a are formed on the central sections of four side molds 12. The central section of a protruding section 13a formed on the central section of a top mold 13 is extended downward to form a sleeve section 13b formed into the tapered shape through which mold releasing can be carried out. The cylindrical section 11b of the bottom mold 11 is fitted slidably into a through- opening 13c formed on the top mold 13 through a sleeve section 13b. A hydraulic material containing cement and dry fine powder is kneaded, with which sea water or pure water is mixed in the range of optimum water content of + or -5%, and the mixture is placed in a mold 10 and compressed by the top mold 13, and compacted while vibration is applied.</p> |
