PURPOSE:To simplify a structure of a forming mold by providing a supporter, necessary for supporting an internal thickness part at the time of insert molding, left in a supporting hole partly as a handle after molding. CONSTITUTION:A supporting hole 4 is provided in a synthetic resin-made internal thickness part 2, to insert a synthetic resin-made supporter 6 fitted to this supporting hole 4, and an external end part 6a of this supporter is protruded from the internal thickness part 2 inserted to a cavity of a forming mold 10. Next, the external end part 6a of the supporter 6 is M 1; an internal surface of the cavity, to support the internal thickness part 2. A synthetic resin material P is injected to this cavity, to integrally mold an external thickness part 8 with the internal thickness part 2 and the external end part 6a of the supporter 6, and the external end part 6a of the supporter 6 is exposed from this external thickness part 8 to mold a handle of a cutting tool. |
