PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of contamination and to easily perform the bonding of a bent pipe part or the connection work of a long pipe by attaching an inner plug having a bead molding part and a slide part to the flexible stripe material inserted in one thermoplastic resin pipe. CONSTITUTION:An the bonding of thermoplastic resin pipes, the end parts of thermoplastic resin pipes to be connected are opposed to each other and the end surfaces of both pipes are heated to the melting temp. of a thermoplastic resin or higher and an inner plug 15 is positioned so as to stretch over the bonding parts of the pipes to mutually bring the end surfaces of the pipes to a pressure contact state and subsequently taken out of the end part of one pipe. The inner plug 15 has a bead molding part 16a having a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the thermoplastic resin pipe and a flexible slide part 16b elastically coming into contact with the inner surface of the thermoplastic resin pipe under pressure and is attached to the penetrable flexible stripe material inserted in one thermoplastic resin pipe. |
