PURPOSE:To improve the feeling at the time of usage, and shorten the flame length by a method wherein for the title composition for a cosmetics with medical effect, a stock solution with a specified viscosity, which contains a lower alcohol with a specified number of carbon atoms, flammable gas, compressed gas and effective component is discharged in a rod-form by an aerosol container of which the lower hole diameter, injection port diameter and valve stem diameter are specified. CONSTITUTION:A stock solution containing a lower alcohol of which the number of carbon atoms is 1-3, e.g. methanol, a flammable gas, e.g. a liquefied petroleum gas of which the vapor pressure is 4.0kg/cm<2>.G/25 deg.C, a compressed gas of nitrogen, etc., of which the pressure is 2 3.0-8.0kg/cm<2>.G/25 deg.C, and an active ingredient, e.g. blood circulation improving medically effective component, etc., is prepared at a viscosity of 5-1000cp. Then, the stock solution is discharged in a rod-form from an aerosol container equipped with a valve of which the lower hole diameter is 0.3-2.2mm, of which the stem diameter is 0.3-0.6mm, and a button of which the injection port diameter is 0.3-1.0mm. Also, the lower alcohol content is made to be 5-99.5%, the effective component content is made to be 0.01-30%, and the ratio between the stock solution and the flammable gas is made to be 95:5-70:30%. |
