In order to cushion the plug pin (1) axially, it is firmly held in a receiving sleeve (3) which is connected via a spring element (4) to the actual plug body (2). The receiving sleeve, the spring element and at least a part of the plug body are constructed in one piece. The spring element (4) is given the required spring properties by suitable selection of material and shape. With this configuration, the plug has only a few individual parts and is easy to assemble. <IMAGE>
