<p>PURPOSE:To certainly prevent the deterioration of the capacity of a resin film and to obtain excellent effect reducing a product rank falling ratio by bringing the heat extracting belts trained over press bonding rolls and belt press contact rolls into contact with a resin film laminated surface-treated steel panel to move said panel while cooling the same. CONSTITUTION:Resin films 2a, 2b are guided to the nip of press bonding rolls 3a, 3b along with a preheated surface-treated steel panel 1 to be laminated to both surfaces of the steel panel 1 to be simultaneously bonded thereto under pressure. After press bonding, heat extracting belts 5a, 5b are moved at equal speeds corresponding to the passing speed of the steel panel 1 to be brought into contact with the resin film laminated surface-treated steel panel 6 between the press bonding rolls 3a, 3b and press contact rolls 4a, 4b to cool the steel panel 1 while extracting heat therefrom and the advance of melting to the surface parts of the resin films by the sensible heat of a resin film laminated surface-treated steel panel 6 is suppressed. The heat extracting belts 5a, 5b raised in temp. by the extraction of heat is cooled during movement and positively cooled on the way of movement by cooling rolls 7a, 7b to suppress the temp. rise of the steel panel 6 at the time of the high speed passage of the steel panel. The resin film laminated surface-treated steel panel 6 is thus cooled and subsequently passed through cooling water 8 to be further cooled.</p> |
