PURPOSE:To rapidly obtain roasted food having uniform quality by providing upper and lower caterpillar type roasting machine bodies rotating the circumference of roasting heat source such as electric heater in upper and lower positions, feeding a food material into space between these machine bodies and baking up the material. CONSTITUTION:Two roasting machine bodies rotating the circumference of a roasting heat source 5 such as infrared ray burner or electric heater are provided at upper and lower positions and a food raw material M is fed into space between these roasting machine bodies and both sides of the food are roasted by one action and the roasted raw material is baked at two stages from low temperature to high temperature to provide the objective roasted food in rapid finish. |
