摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an operation method and an operation device of a picking system capable of extensively improving working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:As well as arranging commodity storage shelves 2 in a row along a passage of commodity delivery cases carried by a commodity delivery device 1, picking robots 3 to respectively correspond to the commodity storage shelves 2 are arranged. Picking work to transfer and to place a commodity of the commodity storage shelves 2 to correspond to by each of the picking robots 3 on to the arriving commodity delivery cases is controlled by a control system including a computer and others. In such a case of control, information showing the number of pieces of the commodity necessary for each order as regards a plural number of picking orders is memorized, and so as to reduce treatment time of a plural number of the picking orders in accordance with the memory information, treatment order and a supply condition of the commodity delivery cases are set, and in accordance with its setting contents, picking work is controlled.</p>
