PURPOSE:To punch an alumina sheet in good position accuracy by position aligning the sheet with a positioning marker serving as a reference. CONSTITUTION:CCD cameras 13, 14 are built in a punch 8. In the CCD cameras 13, 14, matched with a positioning marker provided in a surface of a photographed alumina sheet 2, an X-axis stage 4, Y-axis stage 5 and a theta-axis stage 6 are operated to be adjusted, to position a punching position of the alumina sheet 2. Thereafter, a press unit 12 is actuated to punch the alumina sheet 2 into predetermined dimension by the punch 8. |
