PURPOSE: To provide a tetraxial fabric excellent in isotropy and uniformity and also having a high fabric density, and to provide a weaving machine capable of efficiently producing the same fabric. CONSTITUTION: In this tetraxial fabric, first warp yarns A overlap with weft yarns C and D, and the first warp yarns A also overlap with first bias yarns E and second bias yarns F extending in two different diagonal directions of the fabric. Each of second warp yarns B is placed alternately with each of the yarns A, overlaps with the weft yarns C and D and also overlaps with the bias yarns E and F. This weaving machine is equipped with mechanisms respectively guiding weaving yarns so as for the above fabric to efficiently be produced.
