PURPOSE: To minimize the loss of a drug in blood vessel, by inserting expansible porous membrane into a canal such as coronary artery, periphery artery, etc., to expand the membrane at a narrow lesion area of the canal and dosing a drug through micropores in such a condition that the micropores of the membrane abut on the lesion part. CONSTITUTION: The proximal end part of bag shaped membrane 46 with a number of micropores is equipped on the tip end part of a catheter tube 22, and the distal end part on a collar 52. The collar 52 is moved toward a cage 54 by moving a guide wire 59 in the axial direction to expand the cage 54 in the radial direction reducing the length of the cage 54 in the axial direction to expand the membrane 46 to make the drug injected into the lumen 25 of the tube 22 be directly dosed to the lesion part through micropores abutting on the narrow lesion part 28 by expanding the membrane 46. |
