Compounds comprise epoxide-substituted alkyl side chain (R) bonded to a core moiety, comprising Core moiety (I), wherein n is an integer from about 4 to about 16 and j is an integer from about 0 to about 12, including resolved enantiomers and/or diastereomers, salts, solvates, hydrates and mixtures thereof. Preferably, n is an integer from about 4 to about 12, more preferably from about 4 to about 10. j is preferably an integer from about 0 to about 3. The alkyl groups may also be substituted by a hydroxyl, halo or dimethylamino group and/or interrupted by an oxygen atom, H or alkyl (1-4C). |
