PURPOSE:To provide the memory card which easily limits utilization when data content have high secrecy or the term of validity or when a commercial utilization period or a frequency of utilization is determined. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor storage element 11 has a 1st storage part 12 which is so set that data can be read out from memory card using equipment 20 and stores the information data and a 2nd storage part 13 which is so set that data can be read out and written by the equipment 20 according to only a specific procedure and stores utilization limit condition data regarding the memory card 10. Further, the utilization limit condition data are referred to and when the conditions of the used of the memory card 10 by the equipment 20 are not satisfied, a control circuit inhibits the equipment 20 from accessing the storage part 12 and also controls the erasure or rewriting of at least part of the data in the storage element 11. |
