PURPOSE:To obtain the high frequency signal generator of a nonradioactive dielectric line format, which facilitates an assembly work and obtains satisfactory reproducibility. CONSTITUTION:In a printed wiring board PB which is held on the side face of a metallic diode mount DM held between the upper and the lower conductor plates for constituting a nonradioactive dielectric line, and also, in which bias supply lines B1, B2 of a microstrip format are formed, an opening for positioning the upper conductor Gc of a Gunn diode GD held by the diode mount DM, in the vicinity of the surface of this printed wiring board is formed. Also, the upper conductor Gc of this Gunn diode is connected to the bias supply line B1 through a metallic foil GL. |
