<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate confirmation of the state of recording on a sheet, in the case of stacking the sheet face down in an ejected-sheet stack part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical drum 31 around which a sheet is wrapped is rotatably installed opposite the outside of the sheet ejection opening 25 of the device main body 10. A chuck means 34 which is provided so as to be opened/ closed freely and clamps the front end of the ejected sheet or release it is provided on the periphery of the drum 31. The front end of the sheet ejected from the sheet ejection opening 25 is clamped by closing the chuck means 34, and the sheet is wrapped with its recording side facing out at the same time that the drum 31 rotates. When the drum 31 rotates an angle angle of the prescribed number of degrees, the chuck means 34 is opened to release the front end of the ejected sheet S, the sheet is ejected face down and stacked in the ejected- sheet stack part 45.</p> |
