PURPOSE:To provide the code conversion processing system of high reliability, which can cope with even such a case, by generating an irreducible minimum program, that code systems which becomes an object of a code conversion, are increased and can reduce trouble for confirming its operation. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a data input part 1 for inputting code data of a conversion origin a conversion mode change processing part 2 for executing a change processing of a conversion mode at every prescribed unit of the inputted data, an input/output code conversion flag 3 which is set/ reset by this conversion mode change processing part 2, a conversion executing part 4, and a data output part 5 for outputting the converted code data. As for the conversion flag corresponding to the input code data, at least an ASC (ASCII) code conversion flag, a KANJI (Chinese character) code conversion flag, and a KANA (Japanese syllabary) code conversion flag are set in advance, and in accordance with a set state of its flag, the input data code is converted to the other data code. |
