PURPOSE:To realize a pulse constant-current power source whose pulse waveform quality is satisfactory by controlling an input frequency characteristic to a high frequency power amplier even for a variation extending over a wide range of a load resistance. CONSTITUTION:An input signal 1 has a voltage of E1, enters into a high frequency power amplifier 3 through an operational amplifier 2, and supplies an output voltage E2 to a load 4. An operational amplifier 5 compares input and output voltages E1, E2, and extracts correction data from frequency characteristic correction data 7. It phases through a D/A converter 6, is applied to a resistance R3 and a variable capacity diode D1, and moreover, becomes a frequency characteristic correction input to the operational amplifier 2 from a terminal T1. |
