PURPOSE:To provide the system in which the identity of data is secured on its original text side and a copy side, at the time of sharing the data of the same contents between different documents displayed by a multi-window, etc. CONSTITUTION:For the sake of convenience, one document is set as an original text, the remaining documents are set as copies, and on the original text side, a pointer of all copy destinations is retained, and on the copy side, a pointer of the original text (the document which has become the origin of the copy) to be referred to is retained. A document element (data) of 'yen', etc., is retained in the original text and the copy sides, and can be changed, etc., freely in each side. In such a state, after a processing is executed to the data in the original text side, the same processing is executed to the data of each copy side by using the pointer. On the other hand, after the same processing is executed in the copy side, the original text side is informed of it, and the original text which receives the notice executes the same processing to the data retained by itself, and also, executes the prescribed processing to the remaining copy sides. |
