PURPOSE:To discriminate a liquid type rapidly and clearly at a site for manufacturing a drink, especially liquors or fruit juice drinks. CONSTITUTION:The type of a liquid is identified according to the ultrasonic propagation rate and electrical conductance inside the target liquid. Considering a coordinate system where both indexes are on a rectangular coordinate, the liquid identified by both indexes is displayed as a dot in the coordinate system. When both indexes obtained for different types of liquids are plotted on the coordinate system, the different liquid types occupies a specific position inside the coordinate system and do not overlap at all. For example, beers A-D with different production conditions occupy specific positions inside the coordinate system, thus discriminating the liquid types. |
