PURPOSE:To provide a system provided with a means which records simultaneously the image information of a subject part and the information of the explanation and view of the subject part and generates those information in the one adaptive for management and preservation. CONSTITUTION:An image formed by an endoscope is recorded on film provided with an image information recording part and an audio information recording part in a camera for endoscope, and also, a voice in which the view with respect to the image is dictated, is recorded simultaneously, and the image of developed film 22 goes to an image signal by a CCD line sensor 24, and is converted to a digital signal by an image signal converter 25, and an endoscope image is bitrecorded on an optical card by an optical card recorder 28. Meanwhile, audio information is read out from the film 22 with a magnetic head 26, and an obtained audio signal is also converted to the digital signal by an audio signal converter 27, and it is bitrecorded on the same optical card by the optical card recorder 28. |
