<p>PURPOSE:To guide an appropriate expert with respect to a work and a function which a user desires to know. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by providing a function kill degree deciding part 101 for deciding a degree of skill of each user, a personal information store part 102 for storing personal information of each user, a functional skill degree store part 103 for storing the degree of skill being an output of the function skill degree deciding part 101, a question function input part 104 for inputting which function of an applied software the user desires to know, an expert retrieving part 105 for retrieving an expert related to the function desired to know, inputted by the question function input part 104 by utilizing skill degree information of the function skill degree store part 103, and a retrieval result output part 106 for outputting a result of retrieval by the expert retrieving part 105 together with the personal information stored in the personal information store part 102, with respect to an applied software 107 operated on the information processor utilized by plural users.</p> |
