<p>PURPOSE:To reduce stress on a translucent resin body as much as possible to avoid slippage of a light axis and to protect a light emitting element and a light receiving element. CONSTITUTION:Translucent resin bodies 5 and 9 of the light emitting side, and the light receiving side are inserted into a pair of startup tubes 10c of an outer case 10 and held by element fixing hooks 10e. A printed board 1 is made to contact the bottom of a horizontal plate 10a of the outer case and held and fixed by a hook 10f. A lead frame from respective translucent resin bodies 5 and 9 is inserted into the printed board 1, connected and fixed by solder. The base of the startup tube 10c is connected to a horizontal plate section main body 10a1 via a plurality of elastic connecting plates 10m, which can make an elastic displacement up and down, by forming a plurality of through holes 10k around the base of the startup tube 10c of the horizontal plate 10a.</p> |
