PURPOSE:To furnish an electric vehicle which is free from a sharp rise of an output torque and can run smoothly. CONSTITUTION:A motor, a vehicle speed detecting means 12 for detecting a vehicle speed, an accelerator opening detecting means 13 for detecting the opening of an accelerator and a range judging means 14a for judging a range are provided. Besides, and output torque command value computing means 15 is provided for computing an output torque command value for the motor from the vehicle speed and the opening of the accelerator which are detected. An output torque command value output cutting means 18 is provided and it makes the output torque command value zero when a stop range is selected. Moreover, the output torque command value computing means 15 has an output torque command value correcting means 16, which corrects the output torque command value and executes a processing for moderating an output torque, when the stop range is switched over to a running range. The output torque does not rise sharply and thus smooth running can be executed. |
