PURPOSE:To increase a control area by reducing a drift of an angular velocity detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION:The drift cancel system comprises reference signal extracting means 2 for extracting a reference signal from a detection output itself of an angular velocity detecting sensor 1 with a drift of a temperature or a time, and control signal generating means 3 for generating a control signal from an output of the sensor 1 with respect to the reference signal in such a manner that an output signal of the means 3 is used as the control signal to be an object 4 to be controlled. Even when the sensor 1 with the drift is used to constitute a control system with a DC area to be an object to be controlled, influence of the drift which affects its control system can be reduced, an application range of the sensor can be extended, and its control performance is largely improved to provide an accurate control system. |
