PURPOSE:To realize an efficient fetch of graphic data, with regard to the document preparation processing system for taking a constitution for preparing a document, while fetching the graphic data prepared by a CAD software to a document preparation software. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted by preparing a first data base 4 for managing vector data, and a second data base 5 for managing image data, and also, providing a registering mechanism 12 for segmenting graphic data prepared by a CAD software and registering it in a first data base 4, an enlarging/reducing mechanism 13 for enlarging and reducing the graphic data stored in a first data base 4, converting it to an image data structure and outputting it, and a superposing mechanism 14 for superposing the graphic data outputted from the enlarging/reducing mechanism 13 and the image data stored in a second data base 5 and registering them in a second data base 5, and preparing a document, while fetching the image data stored in a second data base 5. |
