<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an authentic record of a necessary item in real time by integrating and monitoring various data generated in a work performing process of an organization body on a display means in a time series. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of a growth type file converter FC for recognizing fetch data, allowing it to pass through a system item table determined in advance, and arranging format by a hypercomplex active filter AF for registering an absent item as absence, a data base DB for storing an arranged format SD, and a classifying/synthesizing editing means CE for editing an informal form with a format designated by a retrieval key. By inquiring directly of the data base by using the same format as the informal format as the retrieval key, necessary authentic record data can be monitored and obtained in real time.</p> |
