PURPOSE:To cope with a member change of an organization and a change of a person in charge of a role by only changing accumulated data in a user/ organization information managing part by accumulating a schedule in the organization, the role and each user. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a control part 11, a schedule storage part 12, a user/organization information managing part 13, a display device 14 and an input device 15. This schedule storage part 12 is constituted of a schedule store part 121 of an organization G, a schedule store part 122 of a role R, and each store part 123-125 of users (a)-(c). Also, the control part 11 controls the whole of this group schedule managing device, and manages pointers to each user (a)-(c), each person in charge of the role or a schedule part 12 of each organization. In such a state, from the data accumulated in the user/ organization information managing part 12, the organization to which the users (a)-(c) belongs and charge of the role are obtained, and a schedule of its belonging organization, the charge of the role and the users (a)-(c) is read out. |
