发明名称 SPECTRAL PHOTOGRAPHING DEVICE USING TWO INTERFEROMETER
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain which a device detects the electromagnetic wave absorption spectrum of a sample having a rough surface. CONSTITUTION: In order to find the spectrum of the surface 110 of a sample 100, a spectroscopic photographic device is constituted by using two interferometer means 210 and 220. The electromagnetic waves from the wide-band electromagnetic wave source of the first interferometer means 210 are modulated at a frequency which is inversely proportional to the wavelength of the waves and made incident and absorbed to a surface to be analyzed. When the surface absorbs the waves, the surface 110 expands. The dimensional change of the surface 110 caused by the expansion is detected by means of a second interferometer 200 using a monochromatic electromagnetic wave source and the momentary distance between the surface 110 and the means 200 is measured. When an image pickup device, such as the video camera, etc., is used as a detector for the means 200, the spatial distribution of the chemical composition on the surface 110 of the sample 100 can be found.
