PURPOSE:To manage an update result correctly when image data expressed in a binary value is reduced and reduced image data is updated. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed in such a way that [KXK] areas are segmented from an original image at a position corresponding to an updated part, and the values of the image data in the KXK areas and the values of original image data in the KXK areas are set as that of updated reduction images when the image data reduced to 1/K is updated. Furthermore, the values of the original image data in peripheral areas are also updated in addition to the above processing as another example. |
