PURPOSE:To provide the analyzer consisting of units which has a high reliability and is easy to maintain by performing space propagation optical communication among respective units. CONSTITUTION:The analyzer consists of plural units, and these units consist of a communication unit 1 and plural analysis units 2a to 2z, and the communication unit 1 is used as a rack and plural analysis units 2a to 2z are built in this rack 1, and the communication unit rack 1 and analysis units 2a to 2z are provided with transmission/reception circuits 3a to 3z and 4a to 4z of space propagation optical communication means respectively. Both transmission/ reception circuits are placed to face each other so that space propagation optical communication is possible. Thus, analysis units communicate with one another, and the whole of the inside of the rack 1 functions as a unified device. |
