PURPOSE:To eliminate radio interference with a radio line with a simple configu ration by using an optical transmission line to connect between a master base station and a slave base station. CONSTITUTION:An optical signal generated from a laser diode 10 in a main base station 100 is inputted to a main modulator 11. On the other hand, a base band signal is inputted to an FM modulator 13, a carrier signal is FM-modulated and the result is inputted to an optical modulator 11. After the optical signal inputted to the optical modulator 11 is subjected to intensity modulation by the FM signal, the result is sent to a mixer 41 in the slave base station 200. On the other hand, an optical signal generated from the laser diode 20 is inputted to an optical modulator 21 and subjected to intensity modulation by a local oscillation signal generated from the laser diode 20, the result is sent to an optical detector 42, in which the signal is converted into the original local oscillation signal and the converted signal is inputted to the mixer 41. The mixer 41 mixes input signals and multiplies them and the product is outputted to a transmission power amplifier 45 via a band pass filter 44. An amplifier 45 amplifies the input power and sends the result to an antenna 5a of a mobile terminal equipment 300 via an antenna 50. |
