摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the instantaneous disconnection of a transmitting signal at the time of fault by providing a bypass memory, adding the same delay quantity as the delay quantity of a data processing added by a data processing part and outputting it to an operation/bypass selector. CONSTITUTION:Except a receiving part 101, all of parts are operated by the transmitting clock from a transmitting clock oscillating part 102. Also, by a bypass memory part 103, the reception data under operation in synchronous with a receiving clock is synchronized with the transmitting clock. Subsequently, a part thereof is sent out to a data processing part 104 as processing data, and an another part thereof is outputted to an operation/bypass selector part 105 as bypass data allowed to have the same delay quantity as the delay quantity of a data processing added by the processing part 104. Accordingly, at the time of switching operation data and bypass data, an instantaneous disconnection of a clock does not occur, and the instantaneous disconnection of a transmitting signal at the time of operation/bypass switching does not occur at all.
