PURPOSE:To obtain a controlling device of a PWM converter which is not affected by a surrounding magnetic field and the like, of which a control error is reduced consequently, of which the control precision is thereby improved and by which a power conversion rate is improved. CONSTITUTION:An internally induced voltage detecting circuit 20 which determines induced voltages VSU, VSV and VSW in an induction collector coil by instantaneous computation on the basis of three-phase currents IU to IW and three-phase voltages VU to VW supplied from the induction collector coil 1 to a PWM converter 11, is provided.
