PHOTOGRAPH DEVELOPING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To calculate the surface area of processed sheet material. CONSTITUTION: This device for developing the exposed rectangular photographic sheet is provided with a transporting means advancing the sheet material to pass through the device and an equipment calculating the surface area of the sheet material 21 processed in the device. A sensor equipment is composed of two sensor means S1 and S2 and an arithmetic processing means. The 1st sensor means S1 measures the length (A to B) of the sheet, and the 2nd sensor means S2 is arranged at a deviation angle (α) to the advancing direction of the sheet material 21 and actuated by the leading edge and the trailing edge of the sheet. The width of the sheet material 21 is calculated by a basic trigonometry.
