Target launcher, esp. for clay pigeons

The launcher consists of a rotary barrel containing the targets (2) in columns between top and bottom plates. The targets move from the columns onto a launching plate (6), from which they are ejected by the launching arm (7).The launching plate (6) comprises fixed (9) and moving (8) sections, with the latter pivotable between upper and lower positions. When the moving section of the launching plate is in its lower position it lies flush with the fixed section and parallel to the trajectory of the launching arm.
