PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a laminating process and process yield, relating to a laminated printed wiring board used with various electronic equipments. CONSTITUTION:The first printed wiring board 20a where a conductor pattern is formed an both upper and lower sides, the second printed wiring board 20b laminated on the lower side of the wiring board 20a, with the first prepreg 18b in between, and a connecting pin 12 which penetrates the first printed wiring board 20a, the second printed wiring board 20b and the first prepreg 18b for forming one body, are provided. So, the connecting pin 12 is not required to be drawn out, and the diameter of through holes 17a and 17b opened an the first printed wiring board 20a and the second printed wiring board 20b can be smaller than that of the connecting pin 12, so that the displacement at lamination can be suppressed. |
