PURPOSE:To constitute monitor and control which is inexpensive and high in extendability. CONSTITUTION:To a data bus 22, a CPU substrate 21, an LED display panel 16 and a switch input panel 17 are connected. In accordance with a monitor signal output from the switch input panel 17, a CPU 23 outputs a display signal. This display signal is input to a display control means 42 and it is converted to a dynamic type common signal and a data signal. In accordance with these signals, a light emitting diode 41 is lighted on and displayed, and simultaneously, these signals are output from a dynamic signal output connector 51. To this dynamic signal output connector 51, a converter 61 is connected, a static signal is output from a static signal output terminal 68 and a light emitting diode 69 is lighted on and displayed. Usually, it is possible to less expensively display the light emitting diode 41 under a dynamic method. By connecting the converter 61 as required, the static signal can be outputted.
