PURPOSE:To set the same load to each of work means, and to make a work of the work means impartial by setting work volume corresponding to a degree of work accompanied with fatigue to a fatigue recovery manhour for recovering from the fatigue. CONSTITUTION:With regard to work means in which a fatigue score is contained (work means (a), (c) contain fatigue scores (a), (c), respectively), these fatigue scores (a), (c) are become 'fatigue recovery manhours' as shown by dots. When workload A-D of each work means thereof (a), (d) is shown by a bar graph, the workload A-D of each work means (a)-(d) are various since the work contents are different, respectively. Therefore, in order to level the workload A-D, the workload A, C of the work means (a), (c) to which the fatigue recovery manhour is set and the workload B, D of the work means (b), (d) to which the fatigue recovery manhour is not set are adjusted so as to become uniform. Also, with respect to the work means (a), (c) to which a work containing a fatigue score is being executed, the time shown by the fatigue recovery manhours (a), (c) is given as a recess for fatigue recovery. |
