PURPOSE:To systemize and accelerate the error processing of a computer, and make it possible to be used for a general purpose. CONSTITUTION:Error values returned by a function and procedure are expressed by decimals, also an error system is expressed in a tree structure and is systemized so as to express basic errors at nodes closer to a root and concrete errors at the nodes closer to leaves and the levels of the respective nodes are expressed by the digits of the decimals. By expressing in the tree structure, simplification of both systemizing the errors and coping with new errors are attained. Also, by expressing it with the decimal numbers, processing by smaller storage capacity and the selective processing of the errors are executed at a high speed. |
