PURPOSE:To enhance a uniformity ratio of illuminance and luminance of a road surface in the longitudinal direction of a road by effectively preventing lighting unevenness in consideration of a reflection characteristic from reflecting surfaces of respective side parts of a reflector. CONSTITUTION:In this road lamp, a light source is housed in a reflector 6 and light is projected to a surface of road for lighting. In this road lamp, the reflector 6 is constituted into a multi-stage reflecting surface structure wherein a side part reflecting surface 23 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the road is divided into at least three regions 23a, 23b, 23c along the width direction of the road. The side part reflecting surfaces 23a, 23b, 23c of respective regions direct relfected light to illuminate different road surface ranges in the longitudinal direction of the road. |
