PURPOSE:To suitably manage a common document structure having high versatility and a common document structure obtained by customizing its structure. A common document structure retrieving program 1210 retrieves preferentially the common document structure designated by a user in the local library, and unless it is detected, the global library is retrieved automatically. A common document structure rank lowering registering program 1211 raises a rank of the common document structure in the local library to the global library and registers it. In such a manner, the processing efficiency can be improved and the operability can be improved. |
