PURPOSE:To reduce maintenance and inspection works and increase a ventilating efficiency in an outdoor type enclosed switchboard. CONSTITUTION:Electric instruments are contained in a box body 21 having a ventilating port unit consisting of a suction port 24 and an exhaust port 31. A heat generating body 34, generating ascending air stream, is provided through the exhaust port 31. A shielding plate 29, displaced through a driving unit 33, whose configuration is changed by the generation of heat of the heat generating body 34, is provided in the exhaust port 31. A sensor 35 detecting snow fall and/or rain fall and stopping the excitation of the heat generating body 34 is provided on the outside of the box body 21. In this case, the shielding plate 29 can be displaced through the driving unit, controlled by the excitation or interruption of excitation of the heat generating body 34. |
