PURPOSE:To integrally install the device with a machine main body or an original platen, to house the device in an installed state as it is when it is not used, to eliminate risk that it drops in the machine main body when it is not used, and to safely and easily operate it. CONSTITUTION:When an operating member 22 is raised and displaced in a state where the original platen 10 is moved to the utmost left end side and a cleaning body 24 is opposed to an aperture part 14 for exposing, a guiding means 23 is turned and displaced through a connecting link member 32, and the cleaning body 24 is brought into press-contact with the upper surface of an image-formation element 15. When the member 22 is tilted and displaced, the cleaning body 24 retracts from the upper surface of the element 15 and is housed in the machine main body 1. Thus, the cleaning body 24 is prevented from being lost and from dropping in the machine main body 1. |
