The bush has bearer bodies (3), to connect a core (1) and an outer sleeve (2). The axial connection surfaces of the bodies are reduced in size on the side walls (5,6), so that only a narrow radial web (15,16) remains. The web extends from bearing core to outer sleeve, and serves as divider wall between two chambers (7,8). The webs extend straight along a diameter. Each web has an additional vulcanised internal mass, to act as vibration damper. The side walls have reinforcing ribs in their outer section, for stiffening in axial direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - Bearing bush with hydraulic damping action is esp. for motor vehicles. It has increased fatigue strength, is simpler and more economical to mfr.
